The car works decent. But if you’re planning a trip in the summer months, beware that the air-conditioning doesn’t work properly. Our whole family was miserable all week. It’s also a very basic car. And you need a physical key to unlock the doors and open them. There was also some loose paneling in the car and the trunk wasn’t in the best condition. The car also struggled to accelerate in the crazy Dallas traffic. It got us from point A to point B, but probably wouldn’t rent again.
Appreciate your feedback Kayla. The A/C not working properly must have been horrible. This is new information to me as it worked perfectly prior to your trip. As for everything else thank you for your points of emphasis they will be addressed expeditiously. Take care!

Drove great, really easy coordinating pickup with Rashon (who was very communicative)
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
