This was my first time using TURO and I don’t know if I’ll go back to standard car rental. Roshon was immediately responsive when I reached out and he provided great instructions on how to navigate DFW. We really appreciate him letting us use his car! Thank you!

- Car was late due to an accident on the freeway but host was good enough to drop it off at another location closer to me
- Was unresponsive when chatting 4 or 5 hours left on the trip
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
