Would give it a 5 star. The pickup/drop off was perfect! I didn’t have any issues with the renter. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is I ran into some car mechanical issues. Other than that it went well!

Tire low pressure light came on. Was worried, but they said it just got work on it should be good. No other problems other than that.

Brakes locked. Steering column was janky. Registration was EXPIRED. Blinker didn’t work. And the worst part is that it reeked of cigarettes. I got pulled over for the registration after host said everything “was in the mail” and I was fine. The police officer said it’s expired and I could be written up for it. Thankfully he let me go. Would never rent a car from these people again. I wish I could get my money back.
