tire blew out on the highway

AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED BLOWING THROUGH THE LARGE VENTS IN THE FORD FOCUS SO OWNER SWAPPED OUT THE CAR WITH HIS PERSONAL CAR. I NOTICED A CAN OF FREON IN THE TRUNK ON THE FIRST DAY SO I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT MAYBE THE CAR NEEDED FREON REGULARILY BUT DIDNT SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE THAT IS HIS BUSINESS. BUT THE OWNER MADE IT SOUND LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT 5HE AC WASNT WORKING THROUGH THE LARGE VENTS ANYMORE BECAUSE I PUSHED THE BUTTON WRONG. I DID NOT. MY SON WAS IN THE CAR AND HE ALSO TRIED ALL HE COULD DO ALSO BUT IN THE END THE OWNER SWAPPED OUT CARS AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY DOCTOR APPTS. PROBLEM FOR ME WAS I PAID DAILY INSYRANCE ON THE FORD FOCUS NOT THE TOYOTA CAMERY AND THE OWNER NEVER REPORTED THE TOYOTA CAMERY SO WAS I COVERED WHEN DRIVING THE TOYOTA CAMERY? SEEMS LIKE O2NER SHOULD HAVE OFFICIALLY LET TURO KNOW OF THE SWAP TO MAKE SURE ME AND MY FAMILY WOULD BE COVERED IN CASE WE WERE IN A CAR ACCIDENT.
MY SECOND PROBLEM IS WHEN I PICKED UP THE FORD FOCUS I PUT THE KEY/KEY FOB INTO IGNITION, STARTED CAR, AND TURNED ON AC (105 DEGREES IN TEXAS) SO CAR COULD COOL DOWN. WHEN I HAD TO PUT SOME CLOTHES IN TRUNK I WENT TO PUSH BUTTON UNDER TRUNK LID AND THE BUTTON DISENGAGED AND FELL INTO THE TRUNK LID AND I WAS UNABLE TO OPEN TRUNK. I PUT CLOTHES IN BACKSEAT INSTEAD. LATER THAT AFTERNOON I REALIZED THE BACKUP CAMERA WAS NOT WORKING BECAUSE THE SCREEN WAS BLACK, EXCEPT FOR SOME LIGHT THAT PROJECTED A LITTLE AT TOP OF SCREEN. I REALIZED THE CAMERA WAS WHERE THE TRUNKS BUTTON SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I TOLD OWNER I THOUGHT THE CAMERA WAS NOW INSIDE THE TRUNKS LID AND HE ACCUSEED ME OF BREAKING THE CAMERA and charge me $50 but how was I supposed to open trunk while the car was running? I realize the key fob has a trunk release and maybe there is a trunk release near the driver's seat but in the heat of the moment and with no time before my next appointment to look up the trunk details. The owner was nice for swapping out cars but was he following Turo's policies where me and my families safety and insurability was concerned? And was the camera installed correctly in the Ford Focus and isn't there always an option to open a trunk either by hand, key fob, or latch?

Everything was great, Osman is such a good host, the car was perfect.
