Car was great but had another car in his fleet picked and 2 days before the trip something happened and had to switch vehicles.

Hey there, yes we no longer own the vehicle… people total our cars, steal them, damage them, extend their current trips, they have to go to shops, or they get recalls, thank you for your feedback, but we do not have control of a majority of these factors.
