I returned a Ford Mustang mid trip because the windshield wipers weren’t working and it looks like the windshield wipers weren’t working on this vehicle either so I’m just kind of disappointed in both the two row Company and it hosts

We apologize for your experience. The vehicle recently received a new windshield, so the wipers may need a minor adjustment. They are fairly new as well. Regarding the smell, I didn’t notice it when preparing the vehicle, but I’ll address it with my ozone machine. We strive to provide a great experience for every guest, and we’ll take your feedback seriously. Unfortunately, we can’t get everything perfect every time, but we always do our best to make things right.
