Car was for my mother. She was not impressed with cleanliness of the car with the obvious accident it has been in.
I say that this process was easy and painless compared to big rental companies, so thank you from me.

Car has bumper damage that comes loose and flaps in the wind until replaced into clips. Breaks need replaced, had to replace headlamp bulb, driver side wiper is broke. Car looks great in photos, but in person, appearance is less than desirable.
Thank you for making us aware of the issues you experienced so we can work to get these items addressed for our next guest. Thank you for taking care of the bulb, the wiper has been replaced, brake pads changed, and bumper clip repaired. Unfortunately, without guests communicating, we aren't always made aware of these details.
We work hard to maintain a great fleet of vehicles for our guests. We will keep working hard.

Car rode excellent but the front bumper is hanging off. Smelled a tobacco and smoke odor. Car was not clean and washed.
It appears the bumper was "curbed" during the previous trip. That was addressed and we ran additional smoke odor removal to help with the smell. We do not use strong air freshener as many have adverse reactions to those.
There was rain in the forecast for 4 days of your trip. We don't wash the cars if it's raining during pickup. Wish you would have reached out with concerns directly so we could have worked to address these immediately.
