Overall good experience cool guy

Initially I was happy with the help and some flexibility the host gave me with an unexpected surgery that came up. Sadly when we got the car I was less impressed with the presentation. Car was clean on the outside but not freshly washed. Inside dash board and such clan but the floors were dirty and unvacuumed, flyers on the seats, left water bottles under the seat. Less than impressed with cleanliness. First time using turo, so maybe this is common but the limits and the car were frustrating when I'm an adult not a child. The volume on the stereo was limited at 14 and the is no way to remove it change it. Can hardly drive in a covertable and hear the radio. Asked if it could be change and only answer was NO.... For the money spent I would not consider renting again. Also the rear seat catches the covertable top when putting it back to. If I had not paid attention the canvas would rip! Just not a great experience overall.

This car was not in the best shape there was blue glitter everywhere it got all over materials needed for work. All of the tires where low the back right tire was extremely low. I filled it up returned it as it was taken hope to maybe rent with you again different vehicle. Keys in the cup holder thanks
