Overall the car was great. Not issues. But getting the car was. It was suppose to be airport pick up. But it wasn't. And to get it was horrible. Had to get a Uber ride 8 miles to get the car. Asked if car could be brought to me since we were older and it's our first time ever using Turo. They wanted to charge us $168.00. Which I thought was ridiculous. I just had major back surgery and this unnecessary. Next time I fly in which I do twice a year here. I will not use Turo. Or if I do. I will not use this supplier of car.

We’re glad you enjoyed the car. However, your reservation was booked for home pickup, not airport delivery. Airport delivery is a separate paid option clearly shown on Turo. When you later requested airport delivery, the additional fee was calculated through Turo, not by us personally. We fulfilled the reservation exactly as it was booked. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we encourage guests to carefully confirm the pickup location before booking.
