Working with Quang was easy and straight forward. He adjusted our car situation for to issues on his side… the car we did get was a great and reliable option! We loved it and will use him again if we get to the FWB area!

The quality of the pick up went great, the host provided clear instructions on where and how to pick up the vehicle. Host communication is five stars, overall quality of the experience is three stars. The vehicle has a decent amount of damage that is not pictured in the display pictures. While not at the end of the world, it is pretty relevant when it comes to the price I’m willing to pay, for example, if the front bumper is banged up pretty bad. Additionally, the car needs an alignment, and it feels like it doesn’t wanna start. It’s a slow turnover, but it does start, all in all just no experience, I would’ve been happier if the pictures were a little more reflective of reality.
