Probably just a personal issue, but one of my biggest reasons for renting the car was the Bluetooth radio because my nephew‘s autistic and needs to listen to music and certain frequencies at all times turns out that the entire radio was broken, but still was being advertised as Bluetooth and USB accessible, very disappointing, had to return the car because there was no point in being able to make the trip without even having a radio
