Jose was great. He responded quickly to text messages if I needed help. Since this was my first time using The Turo app, it was a little bit of a hassle to end my trip bc I didn’t put my location on, which I don’t do for anything, basically. But in order to end your trip, I guess you have to. Now I will see if Turo charges me extra because of this issue. We returned the car way before the time we were scheduled.

Car had many issues breaks were terrible and the gas wasn’t so good. And very little room and space just wasn’t my type of ride…

I respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle is regularly maintained and delivered in good condition. Guests immediately before and after this trip gave the same car excellent reviews, which speaks for itself. Unfortunately, the car was returned without being refueled as agreed and required excessive cleaning, resulting in additional charges per the rental terms. I value respect, honesty, and responsibility in every rental experience.
