If I could give 0 stars I would.
Had this vehicle for one day. The back windshield shattered when I followed the steps to put down the convertible top. The host demanded I return the car instantly, refused to refund any funds paid for a 10 day reservation, and offered no additional vehicle. Then they processed the claim with my photos showing what happened and said it was in a collision which is also a false statement. Then they had a mini cooper dealership allegedly tell them the vehicle had signs of being in an accident. I was not in an accident with the vehicle or I would be using my own insurance to cover my liability. I am being financially raped because I pressed a button to put a top down on a convertible. Not sure if this owner was untruthful and was aware of previous issues with their vehicle and was just looking to pass the blame on a Turo user and hoping for a scapegoat. The front windshield also has a crack in it that was not disclosed by the owner until I messaged them about it. Very shady people operate Sun of a Beach rentals and I wish I never had a friend refer them.

Our vehicle went out with both windshields in tact and came back with one of them gone. Unfortunately no matter what happened when something comes back damaged there has to be accountability of which Eve would take none.
Renting the Mini Cooper convertible in Marco Island, was an absolute blast! The car was fun, clean, and perfect for cruising in the Florida sunshine. The rental company was incredibly accommodating, allowing easy pickup at RSW and drop-off at Punta Gorda Airport, making travel really easy. Great experience all around!
