The car smells of smoke. This unfortunately wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Owner said he tried to do a deep clean but it’s hard to remove smoke. Submitted complaint to Turo but they did nothing. Would have canceled the reservation on the spot but I was in a bind and practically no other cars were available at the time.

Car was clean.
Our flight was delayed until 3 AM and the car was parked right outside arrival. I was exhausted and very thankful because I was traveling with two young teenagers. Host was very responsive and kind. I will rent with host again! Thank you!
