Should have knows when our first rental was canceled for an unroadworthy vehicle the first time to turn away from this supplier, our impala was canceled for a Kia k5, the kia had missing trim, cracked door arm rests, a check engine light, essentially bald tires, missing lug nut on one wheel, driving clicking noise and inoperable outside mirrors, this was the worst vehicle and experience I've ever had on turo, but TURO made it right, and made moves to get me mobile again on my vacation. Thank you turo, otherwise steer away from easy go rentals.

Everything was fantastic, just had a mechanical problem right before we had to return it. But other than that outstanding! Highly recommend.
