The car broke down and was beyond embarrassing as well as inconvenient as we were using it for a trip into town for a wedding which dealing with customer service and car problems while trying to enjoy a wedding was extremely stressful

We got to the car within the hour from when you reported the issue. We had the car running within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, you had already called Turo to cancel the trip.
