The car looked very clean inside and out. However, when I opens the hatchback the very first thing I saw was a cockroach. I had to return the vehicle immediately.
This is the first time we’ve heard about the presence of this creature in the car. Someone might have brought it inside without realizing it. Thank you for letting us know; we will fix this. You were an excellent guest.
