The pick up and drop off was easy. However, the driver side door was barely hanging on and I could not close the door properly by the handle.

Car was good for our needs and pick up and drop off went smoothly. Wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $24 for parking fees. Will keep that in mind next time I rent from anyone at the airport.
Oh Ezeh- that's not true. On February 4th you've asked me- what is the max parking charge you may have to pay - and I have responded with "$24". I do not set those exuberant parking charges and I deliver vehicles to RSW free of charge anyway. The information about the parking charges is clearly stated in RSW guidelines, listing info and all my pre trip messages.

Vida was very good about responding , easy pickup for car , but the air conditioner didn’t work very good , it’s an older car but it got us around
