Pickup and drop-off at the airport was easy as can be and Jorge explained everything in great detail about what was expected.
The car was excellent and fun to drive! If you use CarPlay, recommend bringing a USB 2.0 adapter to connect to your phone for GPS and your music. Other than that, for the price it can’t be beat! Thank you for letting me rent your Turo, Jorge!

I really liked this car the first time I rented it three months ago and went back for it again, but this time the car reeked of vape or pot or something. At first I thought it was faint, but it was pretty strong.

Communication was a little weak on the day of the rental, and the car was a little rough around the edges. However, our biggest issue was the strong odor of marijuana as soon as we opened the door. It was definitely not a pleasant surprise.
We contacted the host, and he said he had tried to get rid of the smell with an air freshener. He did offer us an exchange vehicle, which we appreciated. However, when I asked what vehicles he had available, I never received a response.
This was not something I wanted to spend my vacation dealing with, so I contacted Turo. They instructed me to return the car to the original pickup location, and they issued me a full refund.
For that reason, we were thankful for Turo’s customer service and how they handled the situation. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not rent this vehicle again
