Thank you, Lekasha, for the update. I’ll have the car receive a special treatment today to fully remove the smell. It seems the issue came from guests smoking in the vehicle, and I always address situations like this as quickly as possible. I also reported the concern in the latest Turo survey so they’re aware of it on their end. I also avoid using too much fragrance, since some guests are sensitive to strong scents. I’m doing my best to keep the car neutral and comfortable for everyone.
The communication was excellent, the car was in great condition, and the overall experience was 5 stars. I would recommend!
