Great experience! Customer service is what made this a five star experience! Unfortunately curbside pickup was not available but Jin made pickup in parking garage VERY easy! Also, the car was unfortunately backed into two days before our trip! We really didn’t want to be driving around a dented car but it was Jin’s immediate, personable and VERY responsive customer service that convinced us to stay with his car because my husband and I doubted we would get as good of service from anyone else. The car was clean, and didn’t smell of smoke or weed! Win win! Will use him again!
