Blessings!! I had an excellent experience renting from Jamel. I honestly didnt realize this was a Full Electric Car at all, and he definitely helped me out with finding nearby stations. My job (EMS) had a special event and I needed an extra day and he approved it and everything worked out. Communication was clear and prompt from start to finish, which made everything incredibly easy. The car was clean, reliable, and in perfect condition—exactly as advertised. Pickup and return were smooth, and the host was professional, courteous, and trustworthy. This is one of the best rental experiences I’ve had since joining. I highly recommend Jamel to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental and would definitely book again!!
