Didn’t say we had to pay for parking until the day before.. Should have put that in notes and I would’ve reserved another car..

I’m sorry the parking charge impacted your experience. However, a 1-star rating is unfairly reflective of the service I provided. Parking requirements and fees are determined by Turo’s policies, not by me. I communicated the information as soon as I was asked and still offered a 10% discount toward a future trip as a gesture of goodwill.
