I asked if anything was wrong with the car and was told no. Had to find out the hard way the passenger tires were bald, one shredded on me while on the turnpike. I had to pay out of pocket for the tire and stripped lug nuts. This rental cost me more than what it was worth. I was sent an invoice immediately for tolls, but not reimbursed for the tire or roadside assistance I never used, because they didn’t arrive on time.
Zooming the tire that was damage you can easily tell my tire was not bald. It was a new tire and the result of the damage was for keep driving with a flat tire for long period of time.

Best rental I’ve ever used, due to the impeccable service. He was so attentive to my needs and very accommodating! I suggest renting this car a thousand times! I will definitely be renting again if I ever need a rental again.
