Host was very responsive but alot of unexpected charges. Host dropped the car off hours early even after I informed my flight was delayed which caused a higher airport parking fee and I was charged an additional parking fee at drop off. None of this was disclosed prior to booking so keep that in mine.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern, but your flight times were changed multiple times, so we left the vehicle parked at the airport for you to accommodate those changes. The parking fees were related to the extended time the vehicle remained at the airport. We did our best to accommodate your changing flight schedule and ensure the vehicle was available for you when you arrived.
