Car smelled like smoke, was missing parts, had the previous customers belongings inside it. Host was very unprofessional when met with these concerns.

As i told you before never had to deal with a male KAREN in turo. the car did not smell and had no mechanical issues. You complained about a front bumper scratch and a piece of plastic missing in the trunk, cmon dude. Then you try to get refund. I asked you if this affected your riding experience and you couldnt provide an answer because it didnt. I know people will look at past reviews and ignore yours.
