Terrible experience. The dashboard appeared to have been reset, because warning lights weren’t showing when I picked up the car. After the tire went flat, the mechanic told me it was already worn and should have been replaced before the rental.
When I contacted the host, they hung up after hearing what happened and texted me to call Turo. I replaced the tire after they said they would reimburse me, but now they’re refusing. They also ignored my calls and sent me to voicemail when I tried to report problems with the brakes.
I felt like I was being left to pay for existing problems while they kept directing me to Turo. Between the car’s condition, poor communication, and broken reimbursement promise, I would definitely not recommend renting from them.

These are the types of guests we should never have in our community. They damage our vehicles and then make up false stories. You damaged the tire and it is your responsibility to replace it, the vehicle has tires in excellent condition and everything it exposes is not true.
