The host Kevin was great communication was a 10/10. There was an issue with one of the tail lights. I noticed after getting to my destination that a light was out. I contacted Kevin and sent him a photo. He was very responsive and came to my place of residence to fix the problem. Ensuring that the light was taking care of. So that I would not have a problems during my trip. Kevin was nice, displayed good attitude and customer service skills. The car was great, drives really nice and was clean. I love the fact the car had road assist features which made my trip safe on the road. I would definitely recommend and rent from Kevin again.
