The car itself was really nice. There were minor issues like scratches but other than that it was fine. I rented for my birthday. I will say that the team responded in decent timing for problems. My only concerns were the keys and a fueling fee. It took us over 5 minutes to lock the doors one night and every other night we had to constantly press the lock button in order for it to lock which could be a simple fix so it wasn’t too big of a deal. After the trip we received an invoice for refueling which was no problem at all considering it was a little under full(we had to drive back to the airport) when returned but the vehicle was refueled two days after my trip was over so I had to pay for what the host used as well and I didn’t appreciate that at all. Upon communicating my concerns nothing was done about it.
