Great car would rent again

Booking the car was quick and easy, and once we finally located it, the vehicle itself was clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. The drive was smooth and we felt good once we were on the road.
The main challenges were around pickup and drop‑off. The directions to find the car weren’t very clear, which made the start of the trip a bit frustrating. Drop‑off instructions could also be clearer to avoid confusion. We were also surprised by an unexpected parking garage exit fee — it would’ve been helpful to know about that upfront.
Overall, it was a good experience, and we were comfortable once everything was sorted out. I recommend renting from them, just know that if you pick up from the Airport there will be a fee to exit.
