The listing photos were pretty deceiving. The car is much older than it appears and is not in good condition. It has numerous scratches, dents, and paint damage, and the interior was in particularly poor shape. The leather seats were heavily discolored and cracked throughout, to the point that I had to put a towel down before sitting on them.

The maintenance was also concerning. The car showed it was overdue for service by 3,500 miles, there was no windshield washer fluid, and it made me question what other maintenance may have been overlooked.

Communication was disappointing as well. The only pickup instruction provided was the name of the garage, with no guidance on how to find the vehicle (shuttle was required). When we were trying to locate it, no one answered the phone, which added a significant amount of unnecessary time and frustration. To make matters worse, once we finally found the car, the lockbox was damaged and stuck shut. It took multiple attempts to get it open and retrieve the key, making an already frustrating pickup process even more stressful.

Just make sure you know what you’re booking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting this car, and I would not rent from this host again.

Car was great, communication was great, Interior photos are a bit off, but that’s expected with a convertible that gets sun damage from people not covering it. There is some wear on the seats, but it was fine.
