Car was perfect. Host was awesome as well.

Overall, I had a good experience with this rental. The vehicle drove well and got me safely to all of my destinations during my trip, which I truly appreciated.

I do want to mention a couple of things for improvement. The vehicle was not as clean as expected at pickup, and there was a noticeable noise while driving that may need to be checked to ensure everything is in good condition for future renters.

Also, the pickup and drop-off process at the airport was a bit confusing due to the airport signage and layout. I don’t believe this was an issue with the host’s instructions, but rather the airport’s directions, which could be challenging for first-time visitors.

Overall, I enjoyed using the vehicle and appreciate the opportunity to rent it. With a few small improvements, this would be an excellent experience for future guests.

The host was great and it was a very easy and simple process because of them also the car worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend renting from this host.

Host was slow with response in communication

The car was not in acceptable condition when we picked it up. There was hair all over the seats, which made the vehicle feel unclean from the start. The tire pressure was also low, and when we informed the host, they asked us to put air in the tire ourselves instead of addressing the issue. Because of this, we ended up without a usable car for two days during Christmas. As a woman, I did not feel comfortable driving a vehicle with a tire issue that the host wouldn’t properly resolve. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below what we expected.
