The car was in excellent mechanical condition, very clean, and really fuel-efficient. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth.
The only small issue was related to parking. The listing mentioned that parking would be covered because the car had SunPass, but when I tried to exit through the SunPass lane, the system showed “declined,” so I had to pay $20 out of pocket to be able to leave.
Aside from that, everything went well and I had a good overall experience. Thank you!
