We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We were treated incredibly well, and everything was transparent and easy throughout the entire process. The car was fantastic—we enjoyed every minute driving it and it made our trip even better.
The hospitality and kindness we received really stood out. It’s so nice to meet genuinely good people like this. We would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience.

Car was good, except it was very dirty in the outside. Windshield had many spots on it and a lot of rubbish on the outside of the car. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks

however, the time-stamped trip photos, including the photos uploaded by the guest, clearly show that the vehicle's exterior and windshield were clean at pickup. We also have pre-trip interior pictures. last-minute delivery and timing change was requested, although delivery had not been selected or arranged when the reservation was booked. Because I was out of town, l could not accommodate that last minute request. Totally disagree!
