Communication was okay. I got a car that had been wrecked on the side.. which i found out about it 45 minutes before i got off my Flight in Florida. I wish i would’ve had a more advanced notification about this because there are others cars i could’ve paid my money for in Florida. Also to top it off, once i got in my vehicle after traveling all day, the tank was NOT full and i only had a quarter tank left, so i had to stop and get gas as soon as i got the rental. Overall not the best experience i had with Turo. I asked if there was any more vehicles i could possibly trade with due to the inconvenience and the wreck on the side of the vehicle, and i never got a response back. I’m only giving it a 3 stars due to the vehicle atleast getting me by until i left.
