Quality is nice enjoyed the ride very much. However, it was very difficult to find the car and it was not so clear where to find it. when I rented the car I thought we will be automatically picked up by the airport, you would think that would be the most logic situation, but that was not the situation we had to go for a hunt for the car. We also hired a taxi and that cost us an extra $40 to just locate the car. Once we got there we could not unlock the car, the process was not clear to us on what to do to finally unlock the car. Bad communication the whole way. We were only told the Keys will be left in the car but not clear how to retrieve them. Not very happy. This, was very unorganized. I made the taxi driver stay around until we were able to get a hold of someone to unlock the car for us. This process took a long time and we were so hot and tired from our travels., and this last the last thing we needed to worry about. When I booked the vehicle I was under the assumption it would be waiting for us by the airport. I did not realize that this had to be indicated at the time of booking. It is not so clear to me that I had to chose this scenario. It should not be an option to just go on a goose chase to find the rented car. It really was not a smooth pick up. Very frustrating on the return to go back home I also had to get a ride back to the same unacceptable location to drop of the car. The whole process was ridiculous. Will not consider renting from this establishment never again
