Thank you for the 5-star review! We are glad you enjoyed the easy pickup and the 2024 BMW 4 Series. Regarding the brakes, those were actually brand new just prior to your trip, combined with a very rainy weekend, which can sometimes cause them to squeak slightly while they finish bedding in. They are in top-notch mechanical shape, but we appreciate the feedback
The car was clean and well taken care of. It drove so smoothly and comfortable. Getting the vehicle was an easy process and I would definitely recommend the service and vehicle to others. I would definitely be renting a vehicle with the company if I am back in Ft Lauderdale!
