This little Prius is a gem! Easy to drive, easy to park, and gets great gas mileage. The host Janice was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The key was not working at first and had to reach out the host. She was nice enough to say that I could use the spare one but it took about 15 minutes of me waiting outside to hear back. I know we are busy people and still appreciated her allowing me to use the car. She was flexible with me and allowed to drop off early too!
