So understanding and we're awesome to work with. They were the best.
We had a very disappointing experience with this renter. During the trip, they damaged the vehicle, including breaking a window, which they admitted to. They also lost our lockbox, creating additional inconvenience and cost for us.
Despite clear responsibility, the renter refused to cover any of the damages or even reimburse for gas, and went as far as disputing the charges.
