Don’t get me wrong, the car is super nice, but the people who gave me the keys were not very professional. I let them know I was outside and waited about 5–6 minutes. When the lady came out, she commented that I looked too young, questioned my booking, and asked to see my driver’s license. She even had to call someone to verify my age before giving me the keys. I understand running a business and verifying guests, but the way I was greeted felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’ve rented before and have never been treated that way.

Thank you for your feedback. When you arrived, the doorbell wasn’t rung and we became aware of your arrival from whistling near the open garage. You were also accompanied by two others, one wearing a face covering. Given the circumstances, we took an extra moment to verify the reservation and ID before releasing the vehicle.
