I had a great experience with this host! It was my first time renting from Turo and they made it easy! Great commission and Answered all my questions immediately. The brakes where a little jumpy but worked fine. I would rent again!!

This car was unsafe to drive, not sure why Turo allows cars like this to be rented. I wouldn’t recommend this Ford Fiesta specifically. It was sadly rented by someone else in my neighborhood a few days later I’m sure they didn’t fix the engine light that came on. It was an inconvenience to have to find another vehicle.

I had a great experience with Pioneer Star! When it was time to pick up my rental, the previous renter had not returned the car I originally reserved. Because it was such short notice, they quickly offered me a replacement vehicle, which I truly appreciated. As soon as the car I originally wanted was returned, they immediately contacted me and arranged for us to swap vehicles.
They apologized for the inconvenience and made sure I received exactly what I wanted. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to make things right truly stood out. I would definitely rent from Pioneer Star again and highly recommend them!
