This was my first rental with Turo. Pickup and return instructions were clear, and the host was super responsive to my questions…and lightning fast! The Corolla hybrid gets great gas mileage. I only had to fill the tank once in 4 months (and then top it off to return). Nice bonus with current gas prices!

This was by far the worse turo rental ever. Pick up was scheduled for 5:30 and I wasn’t able to pick up until 6:30. The fact that I had reserved a ride to pick up the turo and then had to cancel due to the vehicle not being available at the specified time I was then charged double to catch another Lyft to the location at a later time. This caused me to arrive late to a very special surprise event for my family. No consideration from the owner when asked if he would be able to bring the vehicle to me he clearly ignored and advised that he would let me know when the vehicle is at the pick up location. The vehicle smelled like wet dogs and there was a loud banging sound that came from the trunk due to the spare being removed.
This trip was booked with less than a 2 hour notice from pickup. Right away I let Tameka know there was a delay as the car was in another city at the airport. I communicated the whole time and tried to offer resolutions to accommodate her. Never did she let me know that she was in a hurry for an event or I would’ve offered to swap her into one of the cars that was ready for pick up. Delivery is not something that I offer. I did apologize to you. I’m sure Turo support would have accommodated you

Matthew was a great host. Very good communication regarding picking up the vehicle even when my flight got delayed. Car was clean and efficient for my time in Roanoke.
