I'm leaving 3 stars because while the car ultimately got me where I needed to go, the check-in process and vehicle condition fell short of expectations.
When I arrived at the vehicle to pick it up, it took an hour and a half just to get my identity confirmed. I had to wait outside in the heat the entire time before I was finally granted access to the car, which was a frustrating and uncomfortable start to the trip.
Additionally, once inside, I found that the touchscreen display on the radio didn't work at all. Having a fully functional dashboard unit is a basic feature, so having to navigate the trip without a working screen was disappointing.
Hoping the host can streamline their identity verification process and repair the touchscreen for future guests.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Sense you didn’t upload your drivers license to the Turo verification app. Turo had to approve it and we had to wait for their approval. And also we had to report it to Turo you being late to return over 48 hours. Trust n Safty had to get involved.
Everything went great and smoothly, no problems and The host was communicative and responds quickly ! Thank you again !
