The car I rented did not match the description at all. It had multiple visible scratches and, more importantly, did not drive properly—the steering wheel felt loose, which made it feel a bit unsafe.
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The vehicle is regularly maintained and has not had any reported steering issues before or after your trip. I was also not made aware of any concerns during your rental, and I always encourage guests to reach out right away so I can address issues immediately or provide a replacement if needed.
Regarding the exterior, minor cosmetic wear such as small scratches is normal for a vehicle in regular use and can occur over time.
