Cancellation requests need to be submitted through the Turo system, and we did not receive a valid request that allowed us to process it.We always aim to assist guests, but we also have to follow platform policies. As a host who strives to serve customers well and abide by the platform's rules, I will appeal to the platform regarding your inaccurate evaluation of my vehicle.

Host was very helpful and understanding when our flight got cancelled allowing us to extend the trip. We will definitely rent from him again. We enjoyed using this vehicle, it was a very smooth and relaxing car to drive!
