Booked for my trip to LA and san bernadino. Drove it about 300 miles averaging 22mpg. The car got the job done but was a rough drive. Likely due for a lot of maintenance. Shaky on highway, slow acceleration, and tires had poor traction in rain. The car has the carplay features which was nice. Need to bring your own cord. On the other hand Host very responsive to messages. Needs to be more direct with location though. Parked the car in a row of 100 other cars and said it's in that row. Had to walk up and down sleep deprived and cranky. Getting in is just a lock box on window which was easy. Overall I felt the price was fair for the rental. Definitely more convenient than renting a car at the airport. I'm sure the owner will address any issues after reading his reviews.

I do want to clarify that the exact pinpoint location of the vehicle was provided through the Turo app. I also make sure all of my vehicles are kept up to date on maintenance. The car I rented was excellent clean, comfortable, and in great condition. It drove smoothly the entire time, and everything worked perfectly. The service was outstanding as well the staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Overall, a truly great experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.
