The host has car that was not operable and still rented out the vehicle cars transmission is going out and he still had the nerve to charge me

Unbelievable, this guest message me in the morning that car was acting up. And didn’t want to use because afraid of being stranded. Was scheduled to return later that day at 4 pm. She extended for 2 more days. Before messaging me that morning. Tracker was showing she continued to drive for more than 166 miles and 27 stops that day. Didn’t want to pay for gas. She messaged us that because of her inconvenience we are even. Also went over on miles. She disputed the invoice with Turo. Rentatownrisk

Car had an unpleasant smell of old cigarettes which made my husband nauseous. Also it didn’t have any windshield fluid. Would not recommend this rental if you have kids.
