Second time renting from Mike again great host easy access and answers very quickly I will be back

Horrible service. Owner let me drive with a flat tire. Car smelled like cigarettes, was very unclean outside and inside. When I tried to respectfully tell him how dangerous it was for the tire to be that low especially because I’m pregnant and needed a reliable car, and how it was like that when I was driving away from his house, he tried to blame me. Was rude and not cooperative and was dismissive. I highly do not recommend this owner and his vehicles. He should not be allowed on Turo.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Safety is our top priority, and the vehicle was inspected prior to the start of the trip with no issues noted. The tire was not flat when the vehicle was handed over, and the damage was later determined to be caused by a nail picked up during the rental, which is an unfortunate road hazard that can happen at any time. We regret that you felt your concerns were not handled to your satisfaction. We wish you all the best.
