The communication was decent, and the car looked good, UNTIL I found out the brake lights did not work later on. I contacted the host about this concern and even dropped the car off early to prevent a fix it ticket (which would've not been my concern), but forgetting to refill the gas had me get another $36 charge on top of the $83+ for just renting the vehicle. This was my first time using the Turo app and services, so I was very naive to the checklist and whatnot. I could've take more pictures. I would've refilled the gas. I feel that the services I was seeking wasn't met. I admit it was things I could've did to avoid writing this bad review by MAKING SURE THE BRAKE LIGHTS WAS WORKING, however, if I was going to rent a car from Turo or any rental car place, I would be more thorough to make sure the vehicle is in tiptop shape, instead of driving off and having so much faith that everything was checked green by either the host or the company.
