1. Communication was perfect. I had never rented from Turo before, so I was slightly concerned. Jaime was very friendly. The instructions for car pick-up and return were very clear.
2. The car was clean!
3. Easy curb pick-up and return.
4. Car was smoke free!
5. The process with Turo was easy. No price gouging or hidden fees added.
I HIGHLY recommend renting from Turo / Jaime.
